ماذا تعني كلمه "collocations" ؟

collocations: الكلمات التي تأتي معا .مثل : break a promise 

collocation definition: a word or phrase that is often used with another word or phrase.

كلمات تستخدم بدلا من "very"

  تجنب استخدام كلمه "very" لانها ضعيفه في الوصف ,هناك كلمات افضل تستخدم بديل لها ↓

“Very” is vague and weak. People often use “very” as a lazy replacement for a more appropriate word.this list include words you can use instead of “very”. 

For instance, instead of “very quick ”, use “rapid”.

 

الفرق بين sit & set

الفعل sit معناه " يجلس " والفعل set معناه " يضع " 
 يستعمل الفعل sit للإشارة إلي الأشخاص ولا يتبعه مفعول به“intransitive verb” ولكن يتبعه كلمة 
تعبر عن مكان  
ex
Please sit down
He is sitting in that chair
Tell Mary to sit there
She sat on the sofa , last night 

 وأما الفعل set فهو يستخدم للإشارة إلي الأشياء ودائما يتبعه مفعول به “transitive verbs”وصيغة الماضي set 
ex
Please set the books on my desk
She set her purse on the table yesterday
